Shipping and Delivery - Delivery Zones
We only ship to selected regions: USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand
Orders are shipped within 24 hours. Please make sure to double-check that all order details are correct.
Delivery couriers may not be able to deliver to P.O. boxes so please provide actual address. A valid street address is required. For any delivery delays or updates, please contact the courier.
Shipping and Delivery - Shipping costs
Standard Shipping (Ground) is provided for all US orders. We do not currently offer 2-day, Overnight, Priority Overnight or Saturday shipping at this time. Delivery time for Standard Shipping (Ground) is expected to be 3 to 7 business days after your order has been processed.
Shipping costs depend on the size of the order and is calculated at checkout.
You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped. Refer to your email or visit your Order History for account holders to check the most up-to-date status of your order.
Shipping and Delivery - Issues
If there are any issues with delivery or your order, contact our Customer Service as soon as possible. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, misdeliveries or lost packages but we do offer shipping insurance.
Shipping Protection
Shipping insurance is offered at checkout for as little as $1.00. Your package will be covered from any Damage, Loss, and Theft. Get peace of mind when you select Shipping Protection at checkout, and receive a replacement should anything happen to your order in transit! This does not cover:
Missing packages or redelivery fees due to incorrect address information
Orders stuck in customs, we can not be held responsible for customs delays or fees
If you are unsatisfied with your product. If this is the case, please see our return/refund policy.
Should you choose not to select Shipping Protection, we are not responsible for any damage, stolen packages, or misdeliveries.

Shipping and Delivery - International
Taxes and Duties are paid by the customer and will be billed at delivery.
All sales are final on orders shipping to non-US addresses.
RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & EXCHANGES
Principles and procedure of return:
You may return any product ordered on the Website for exact replacement, exchange, or refund within thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery date subject the terms and limitations set out below.
Returned products must be in their perfectly saleable and original condition. Blank State has sole discretion in determining whether the products purchased via the Website are in original condition when returned.
Returning a product for exact replacement or refund is free of charge as long as you return the product with our pre-paid return labels. Contact Customer Service to request a return or exact replacement. Customer Service will provide instructions to complete your return.
