Shipping and Delivery - Delivery Zones

We only ship to selected regions: USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, Austria, New Zealand, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Spain, Italy

Orders are shipped within 48 hours if in-stock. If preorder, please refer to the preorder tab for the latest updates. 

Delivery couriers may not be able to deliver to P.O. boxes so please provide actual address. A valid street address is required. For any delivery delays or updates, please contact the courier.

 
Shipping and Delivery - Shipping costs
Standard Shipping (Ground) is provided for all US orders. We do not currently offer 2-day, Overnight, Priority Overnight or Saturday shipping at this time. Delivery time for Standard Shipping (Ground) is expected to be 3 to 7 business days after your order has been processed.
 
Shipping costs depend on the size of the order and is calculated at checkout. 
 
You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped. Refer to your email or visit your Order History for account holders to check the most up-to-date status of your order.

 
Shipping and Delivery - Issues
If there are any issues with delivery or your order, contact our Customer Service as soon as possible. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, misdeliveries or lost packages but we do offer shipping insurance. 
Return orders will require reshipping cost. Any cancellation of order will incur a restock fee of $4.99 minus any shipping cost that was incurred. 

Shipping Protection 
Shipping insurance is offered at checkout for as little as $1.00. Your package will be covered from any Damage, Loss, and Theft. Get peace of mind when you select Shipping Protection at checkout, and receive a replacement should anything happen to your order in transit! This does not cover:

Missing packages or redelivery fees due to incorrect address information
Orders stuck in customs, we can not be held responsible for customs delays or fees
If you are unsatisfied with your product. If this is the case, please see our return/refund policy.
Should you choose not to select Shipping Protection, we are not responsible for any damage, stolen packages, or misdeliveries.

Shipping and Delivery - International
 
Taxes and Duties are paid by the customer and will be billed at delivery.
All sales are final on orders shipping to non-US addresses.
 
RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & EXCHANGES
 

You may return any product purchased through our Website for an exact replacement or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date, subject to the terms and conditions below. We do not offer refunds.

To be eligible for an exchange or replacement, all returned items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed, and resalable condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Blank State reserves the sole right to determine whether a returned item meets our eligibility requirements and is in its original condition.

Returns for an exact replacement or exchange are free of charge when you use the prepaid return label provided by us.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service team. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return label and instructions on how to complete your return.
