RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & EXCHANGES

You may return any product purchased through our website for an exact replacement or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date, subject to the terms below. We do not offer refunds.

Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange or replacement, returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original, resalable condition
  • Accompanied by all original tags and packaging

Blank State reserves the sole right to determine whether a returned item meets these requirements.

Return Shipping
A flat $10.00 shipping fee applies to all returns for exchange or replacement.

How to Start a Return
Contact our Customer Service team or log into your account to initiate a return. Once approved, you'll receive a prepaid return label along with instructions to complete the process.
