Why do we do pre-orders?
As a small brand, we produce our designs in limited batches based on demand to avoid overproduction. Each piece is crafted with care and attention to detail—and quality takes time. And we thank you for your patience!
Why Pre-Orders Take Time
We’re not a fast fashion brand. Every piece is created with intention and care. Below, we’ve outlined each step from order to delivery, along with estimated timelines so you know what to expect.
Payment Policy
When you place a pre-order with us, the full payment is collected at the time of purchase. This allows us to confirm your order, allocate stock, and begin fulfillment on your behalf.
Cancellations
You may cancel your pre-order at any point before your order has been shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us support@blankstate.com and we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
Returns and refunds
We don't offer refunds after order has been delivered. Only store credits and exchanges.
Customs and duties
All orders are shipped from either our USA or CHINA warehouse.
For international customers, your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Payment of any applicable duties or taxes is required before your parcel can be released and delivered.
We are not liable for any customs or import charges incurred. If you are unsure about the fees applicable in your region, we recommend checking with your local customs office prior to placing your order.
Unclaimed parcels due to unpaid duties are not eligible for a refund.
